Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Factory Manager will lead the complete recruitment cycle to ensure the organization secures the right talent efficiently. This includes handling everything from candidate sourcing to onboarding and implementing recruitment initiatives to hire effectively. The manager is required to collaborate closely with the APAC Talent Acquisition Director to assess applicant pools and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels. Keeping abreast of industry trends and innovative recruitment sources is essential to refine and optimize hiring strategies. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for fostering a motivated and well-trained workforce to enhance customer service, sales, production, and distribution functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 5 to 15 years of work experience in human resources, industrial relations, payroll, or related functional areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing production processes and quality control procedures.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes successfully.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solid grasp of diverse production methodologies.
- Experience in creating and applying improvements within recruitment workflows.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment strategies aligning with legal compliance obligations.
