Role overview

JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is seeking an F&B Captain to support restaurant operations and help maintain a strong guest experience. This role focuses on service quality, team coordination, and smooth day-to-day execution in the outlet.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage restaurant guests while consistently delivering a high standard of service.
  • Encourage and support team members to keep morale high and maintain a united, cooperative environment.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to run daily operations and contribute to forecasting, weekly roster planning, and restaurant profitability review.
