Role Overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. As part of the hotel’s Food & Beverage team, you will help drive a smooth dining operation, support excellent guest experiences, and contribute to strong team performance and business outcomes.

What the Role Involves

You will assist in delivering a high-standard Food & Beverage service that keeps guests satisfied, supports the team, and aligns with brand and dining standards. The role also includes helping maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workplace while ensuring the highest quality of products and service.

In addition, you will foster a positive team environment, support staff relations on a day-to-day basis, and encourage team members to solve problems independently through proper coaching and empowerment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a college diploma in Hotel Management or a similar field, along with prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations. A strong sense of teamwork, an interest in leadership, attention to detail, and excellent guest service ability are also important for success in this role.
