In this position, you will collect accurate field intelligence that feeds directly into CoStar’s database and products. Your work will help ensure the market data used by clients stays reliable, complete, and current.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out field visits to collect and confirm property and tenant details, including building features, new tenants, occupancy levels, and available space.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality by checking, verifying, and entering information promptly and accurately.
  • Support the broader team by supplying verified intelligence that contributes to CoStar Group’s products, services, and data targets.

Physical Requirements

  • Be able to spend long periods standing, walking, and sitting in a vehicle for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Safely lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 3 kg.
  • Perform repeated hand and arm movements when using a tablet or laptop.
  • Handle occasional bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying as part of daily duties.
  • Work and drive outdoors in changing weather conditions throughout the seasons.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years of professional experience; experience in the field is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with solid time management, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to capture and enter data accurately.
  • Comfort with technology, including Windows, Apple OS, and Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn commercial real estate terminology quickly.
  • Willingness to work independently in the field, travel extensively, navigate large geographic areas, and work in all weather conditions.
  • A current valid driver’s licence and a satisfactory driving record/abstract check are required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment substance abuse testing, as the employer maintains a drug-free workplace.

Why Join

  • Join a global leader in property technology and data innovation.
  • Use modern tools and methods to help shape the future of real estate intelligence.
  • Grow your career within a collaborative, high-performing team.
