Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Largeton Group is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial for supporting our financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial modeling, P&L analysis, and managing AP/AR processes. You will play a key part in analyzing business performance, providing strategic financial insights, and collaborating with various departments to drive informed decision-making and cost optimization initiatives. Accuracy and integrity in all accounting operations are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and detailed cost analysis.
• Undertake capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) planning and subsequent analysis.
• Develop sophisticated financial models, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments.
• Generate and present Profit & Loss (P&L) analyses and reports.
• Oversee and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
• Execute General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
• Engage in budgeting cycles, forecasting activities, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate business performance metrics and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities and financial software for in-depth data analysis.
• Coordinate with diverse internal teams and effectively communicate analytical findings to management and stakeholders.
• Support efforts aimed at optimizing costs and facilitating sound financial decisions.
• Uphold the accuracy and integrity of all accounting functions.
