Role overview

The company is looking for support at the fresh-food counter in Schleswig, Schleswig-Holstein, starting immediately. The position can be filled full-time or part-time. Career changers are welcome and will be taught the necessary specialist knowledge.

Your tasks

• Show customers an appealing and well-presented selection of products at the fresh-food counter.
• Process and cut fresh goods for sale.
• Slice meat and sausage products to suit counter presentation and prepare kitchen-ready meat and sausage specialties.
• Maintain product quality, ensure proper storage, and comply with all applicable hygiene rules.

What you should bring

• Ideally, you have completed training as a butcher or have professional experience in food retail or hospitality; however, motivated career changers are also encouraged to apply.
• You enjoy retail work and interacting with people.
• You work well in a team and act responsibly.
• You approach your duties with commitment, independence, and care.
