Role overview

One Harvest is a long-standing, family-owned business operating in the FMCG fresh food sector. The company is growing steadily and is looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join its Bibra Lake team in Perth, with an immediate start available. Work schedule

This is a permanent full-time position with the following shifts available:

• 12:06 am to 8:00 am, Tuesday to Saturday
• 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• 4:00 pm to 12:06 am, rotating roster

What the role involves

• Operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Using RF scanning tools to track stock and movement
• Picking customer and warehouse orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Checking product quality and supporting quality control processes
• Working overtime when operational needs require it
• Following food safety, quality assurance, and HACCP standards at all times

What you need to bring

The successful candidate will have a current high-risk forklift licence and previous experience using a counterbalance forklift. Experience with a high-reach forklift will be considered an advantage. You should be comfortable loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles in a warehouse setting, have basic computer skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The role also requires the ability to work in a chilled environment maintained between 2 and 4 degrees, along with flexibility to work weekends when needed.
