Role overview
This is a contractual remote recruiting role supporting a client’s hiring needs. The work focuses on attracting, evaluating, and moving candidates through the hiring process for roles across technology and marketing teams, with an emphasis on fast, effective placements that help the business grow.
What you will do
- Find suitable candidates for open positions across different regions using job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals.
- Review applications and carry out first-round phone or video conversations to gauge fit, experience, and pay expectations.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and keep communication flowing so candidates receive timely updates.
- Work with hiring teams to improve job briefs, posting content, and selection criteria as business needs change.
- Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems and monitor each stage of the recruitment process.
Experience and skills needed
The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, especially in technology or marketing hiring. Hands-on use of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting is important, along with strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and job portals. Clear written and spoken communication, relationship-building across cultures and time zones, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are also key.
