We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to join the team in Australia. This full-time position is suited to a motivated graduate or junior candidate who wants to build a career in analytics and business intelligence. What you will do
- Gather information from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis and reporting.
- Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that align with business goals.
- Track key performance indicators and look for trends, patterns, outliers, and unusual movements.
- Carry out validation checks and quality reviews to keep datasets accurate and consistent.
- Work with business teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data.

- Record analytical steps, methods, and results clearly for future reference.

Requirements
- You must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work authorization for Australia.
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- You should bring strong analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling methods is needed.
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with relational databases are important.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools will be considered an advantage.
- A careful approach to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy are essential.
- Clear communication and presentation ability are required.
- Prior internship exposure, academic projects, or any hands-on experience with data analysis is helpful but not mandatory.
