Role overview
As a Front Office Executive in Gurugram, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a smooth and professional reception experience while keeping day-to-day front desk operations organized.
Key duties
- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff courteously and offer prompt assistance.
- Manage the front desk by responding to phone calls, emails, and routine queries.
- Register visitors, issue identification cards, and support access-control procedures.
- Keep the reception area tidy, orderly, and professionally presented.
- Arrange meeting room reservations and confirm rooms are ready for use.
- Receive, sort, and dispatch couriers and mail items.
- Help with general administrative work and office coordination tasks.
- Assist employees with basic service requests and common workplace queries.
- Work closely with facilities, security, and administrative teams to support smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to reception activities.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should have a graduation or diploma qualification in any stream, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in front office or reception work within a corporate setting. A polished appearance, professional conduct, and strong interpersonal presence are important.
Good spoken and written communication skills are needed, along with comfort in managing calls, emails, and basic MS Office tools. The role also calls for solid organization, multitasking ability, and a service-focused attitude. Experience in dealing with visitors, vendors, and employees in a calm and efficient manner will be valuable.
