Role Overview

This is a full-time direct-hire position for someone who works well in a team, shows reliability, and brings a positive, hardworking attitude.

Key Duties

• Wash, set up, and break down rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning supplies, and hand tools.
• Check equipment for damage or wear and escalate concerns to supervisors.
• Keep work areas tidy and well organized, including cleaning bays and storage areas.
• Observe safety rules and use the required personal protective equipment.
• Carry out simple maintenance work when needed, such as replacing glass or removing tape and decals.
• Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly facility and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly at the end of each shift.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation

• Hourly pay structure.

Requirements

• Prior experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong focus on detail, cleanliness, and safety.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working alone and with a team.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Spanish and English bilingual ability is preferred.
• Comfort with basic hand tools.
• Ability to learn industrial equipment and follow safety instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime occasionally.
