About the Company

Fabtech Building Systems has been delivering end-to-end pre-engineered steel building (PEB) solutions since 2007. Its offerings cover design, engineering, fabrication, supply, and erection. The company has completed more than 5 million square feet of PEB projects and reports a 99% repeat customer rate.

Role Overview

This leadership role is focused on driving sales growth, building brand visibility, and strengthening the company’s market position across India.

Responsibilities

  • Build, recruit, train, and supervise the sales team so that revenue goals are consistently achieved.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence and expand visibility in the Indian market.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to grow business across multiple states.
  • Travel across India as required to support sales development and market expansion.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should bring either a diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, along with an MBA or strong hands-on experience in sales and marketing. The role calls for someone who is driven, highly motivated, and capable of leading teams to results. Prior experience selling pre-engineered steel buildings or related products is important.

Additional Information

The position is based in Kochi, India. Candidates should be prepared for extensive travel across all states in India as part of the role.
