About the Role
Join our Global Process Delivery team, where you will be instrumental in managing high-volume HR processes for a multinational organization. As a Global Process Delivery Analyst I, your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of global HR data and processes. You will be expected to handle significant workloads by applying strong critical thinking skills, particularly in challenging and ambiguous situations, to achieve impactful results. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment, possess meticulous attention to detail, and are dedicated to supporting employees across the globe.
You will report to the Global Process Delivery Tier II Manager and will work closely with Global Process Delivery teams in various regions to resolve data discrepancies and identify opportunities for process standardization. A key aspect of this role involves providing exceptional service by collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address their concerns, offering appropriate guidance and solutions.
What You’ll Work On
Your daily activities will involve collaborating with relevant stakeholders. A typical day includes receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners through ServiceNow. These tasks may include:
- Creating and maintaining positions and supervisory organizations, ensuring alignment with the established organizational hierarchy.
- Processing new hire information, ensuring all critical data fields are completed accurately for seamless integration with payroll systems.
- Managing employee transfers and contract extensions, which involves generating necessary documentation and ensuring precise position details and compensation, in coordination with managers.
- Processing adjustments to employee work hours, such as transitions between full-time and part-time status and modifications to schedules.
- Conducting routine audits of HR data and transactional processes to uphold accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Initiating and participating in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing team efficiency.
Additional Information
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
