Job description
Role Overview
Rix Racing is hiring an additional ground-based team member for its growing operation in Suffolk. This is a full-time position within the racing sector, specifically flat racing, and is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on yard work and stable-based care.
What the Role Involves
The position covers everyday yard responsibilities, including tacking up horses and carrying out grooming duties. You will also support visiting professionals such as vets, physiotherapists, and farriers as part of the stable team.
Working Pattern
The job is based on 6 days per week. The team offers alternate weekends off, along with one afternoon off each week.
