The Role

We are recruiting a Guest Experience AI Specialist to collaborate with our AI in managing guest communications. This position involves stepping in when the AI requires assistance, making real-time judgment calls, and actively training the AI to improve its performance over time. This role blends guest experience, operational management, and AI training. It serves as a stepping stone for career advancement into operations, customer success, product, or AI quality management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries when the AI requires human intervention.
  • Analyze AI-generated conversations and rectify any errors.
  • Provide feedback to the AI to correct its performance when it encounters difficulties.
  • Ensure guest communications are consistently warm, clear, prompt, and aligned with hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to enhance the AI's capabilities weekly.
  • Take ownership of complex issues and develop systematic solutions.
