About the Role

Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment organization behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center. The organization is looking for an experienced, motivated Host to support event services and contribute to broader departmental work. In this position, you will help deliver premium guest experiences while representing the company with professionalism and attention to detail.

Role Overview

This is a guest-facing position centered on hospitality, premium service, safety, and venue knowledge. The host works closely with premium experience staff and interacts regularly with suite, club, and premium ticket guests throughout events.

Key Duties

  • Represent the organization’s mission and values by making strong personal connections that leave guests with a positive first impression and lasting memories.
  • Partner with the Premium Experience team to make sure clients receive excellent service and that every contract detail is completed.
  • Support guests, team members, and visitors in a proactive, polished, and hospitality-driven manner.
  • Deliver a premium and individualized venue experience while using good judgment and maintaining safety and security standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence and ongoing communication with suite, club, and premium ticket holders during events, responding to requests and escalating issues when needed.
  • Check credentials, scan tickets, escort guests to suites, clubs, and seating areas, and explain premium offerings.
  • Share accurate venue, menu, policy, and operations information to support a smooth event-day experience.
  • Inspect the assigned area before and during events, identify hazards, and report facility or housekeeping concerns to a supervisor or security.
  • Enforce safety and security procedures and respond appropriately to medical or emergency situations.
  • Use radios and handheld devices to communicate across venue areas.
  • Take on additional event-based tasks as directed by a supervisor.
  • Maintain dependable and regular attendance.

Experience and Skills

Successful candidates should have strong guest service instincts, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and the confidence to manage premium hospitality interactions independently.
