Primary Purpose

Lead the Project Services team, comprising Senior Cost Engineers, Senior Planning Engineers, and Senior Document Controllers. This leadership role is responsible for delivering comprehensive project control and administrative services, including cost management, budget oversight, planning and scheduling, contract administration, accounts payable, document control, project reporting, and general administrative support. The objective is to ensure the successful and timely completion of both the FEED and EPIC phases for the Crude Oil Stabilisation, Zero Routine Flaring, and OFFRAG Pipeline Project, adhering strictly to budgetary constraints and project specifications.

Required Experience and Skills

A minimum of 18 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas sector is required, with a significant portion of this, at least 8 years, spent in a senior project control leadership capacity. Proficiency in essential project management software is crucial, including Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, and SAP. A strong command of MS Office Suite is also expected. The role demands exceptional leadership qualities, effective communication abilities, adept conflict resolution skills, and strong presentation capabilities. Proven experience in the execution of major projects, encompassing all phases from engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, through to start-up, is essential.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree being preferred. Membership in a recognized professional engineering association or institution is required. While not mandatory, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an advantage.
