Role overview
This is an entry-level full-time helpdesk role based in Delhi. The position involves supporting B2B customers, handling service requests, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the day.
What you will do
- Handle inbound customer questions from business clients quickly and professionally.
- Investigate customer problems, identify the cause, and work toward a resolution.
- Keep turnaround time low for all requests and follow-ups.
- Offer service-related guidance and training to customers whenever needed.
- Represent the support team with a positive, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
Working arrangement
This is a work-from-office role. The shift runs from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
