Role overview

This position is about delivering customer orders directly to homes and making sure each delivery is completed smoothly, on time, and with a helpful attitude. The job is varied and fast-moving, with each day bringing different routes, customers, and tasks. A strong focus on friendliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction is central to the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver groceries and other products to customers’ doors in a prompt and fresh condition.
• Represent the company in a courteous, supportive, and customer-focused manner.
• Handle customer questions and solve issues using your own initiative where needed.
• Work in a busy, changing environment that requires flexibility and a hands-on approach.
• Use the equipment provided while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Lift and move delivery totes, which may weigh up to 18kg.

What we’re looking for

Applicants should be over 18 years old, have held a full driving licence for more than one year, and have no more than 6 points on their licence. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, staying active, and taking pride in going the extra mile for customers. It is also important to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied setting.
