About the Team
Corporate IT plays a central role in Sea’s operations. Job Description
- Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and source candidates who match the role.
- Carry out talent mapping to study the market and identify potential talent through different sourcing channels.
- Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing profiles, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, handling logistics, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Assist the team with internal employee engagement activities and events.
- Help create communication content for internal channels.
- Provide support for other HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Current student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related IT-equivalent field.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Resourceful and proactive in solving problems.
- Careful, methodical, and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with good interpersonal ability.
- Able to work autonomously in a busy, fast-changing environment.
Additional Information
This is a 6-month internship opportunity based in Singapore.
