We are looking for an HR Recruitment Team Lead in Ahmedabad to guide a recruitment team and ensure strong delivery against hiring goals. This role focuses on maintaining quality, improving team performance, and supporting business growth through effective staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a recruitment team and keep the group aligned to delivery targets and hiring outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for important positions across staffing requirements.
• Monitor productivity and quality indicators to ensure consistent performance.
• Coach team members through ongoing support, training, and performance improvement discussions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have at least 1 year of experience as a team lead in staffing or recruitment, covering both IT and non-IT hiring. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are important, along with a proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-moving agency environment.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,75,000 to INR 5,50,000.
