Role overview
We are hiring a Senior HRIS Manager in Riyadh to oversee, improve, and support human resources information systems. This position focuses on strengthening HR technology, streamlining HR workflows, protecting data quality, and turning system data into useful insights for decision-making.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, upkeep, and support of HRIS, HRMS, and associated HR technology tools.
- Review business needs and identify system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver system updates or fixes.
- Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics outputs.
- Protect data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance within HR systems.
- Assist with integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise systems.
- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives, upgrades, and implementation projects.
- Support end users through training, guidance, and documentation related to HR systems.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience working with HRIS, HRMS, HR technology, or similar systems is needed.
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS, HRIS, ERP, and digital HR platforms is important.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports and dashboards is essential.
- Working knowledge of system integrations, data handling, and HR operational processes is expected.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on senior-level HR systems ownership and support across technology, reporting, and process improvement functions.
