- Support smooth workforce transitions during project scale-ups and operational changes.
- Lead people management for a workforce made up of multiple nationalities, cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment across all teams.
- Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts with sensitivity and cultural awareness.
- Support employee wellbeing and engagement in demanding operational settings.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, visa rules, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and operations on legal paperwork and workforce compliance matters.
- Protect confidentiality and handle all HR matters with professionalism.
- Assist department leaders with performance management, coaching, and staff development.
- Identify training needs for operational and guest-facing teams.
- Encourage service quality, professionalism, and company culture across departments.
- Lead recruitment for hospitality, events, entertainment, operational, and corporate positions.
- Work with operations teams to forecast staffing needs and keep the workforce prepared.
- Partner with senior management on organisational structure, staffing strategy, and growth planning.
- Prepare HR reports, staffing updates, headcount analysis, and workforce planning reports.
- Suggest improvements to HR systems, onboarding processes, and employee experience initiatives.
