About the Role
This internship is designed for a motivated, detail-focused student who wants practical exposure to Human Resources. You will assist the HR Manager across core areas such as hiring support, onboarding, employee engagement, and data handling. The role is intended to build a solid base for a future career in HR through day-to-day experience in a busy organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep HR records up to date, including recruitment trackers, leave logs, and new-hire information.
- Help organize and deliver employee engagement activities as well as training-related initiatives.
- Take part in improvement projects aimed at making HR processes more efficient.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the HR function.
- Work with teams across the business on STEM, wellbeing, and learning-related programs.
Qualifications
- Must currently be in the second year of an HR Business degree.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong people skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
