Information Technology Supervisor

Overview

Zad Holding is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Supervisor to lead and support technology operations across its restaurants, ice cream, and dessert outlets. This role is focused on keeping core business systems running smoothly, guiding technical support activities, and helping the business scale through dependable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT activities across all branches and the head office.
• Keep systems and infrastructure available, secure, and performing well.
• Assist users with technical issues and provide practical support and direction.
• Administer and improve the Odoo ERP platform so it continues to support business workflows effectively.
• Work with outside vendors and service partners for IT services, maintenance, and support.
• Track system health, spot possible risks early, and put preventive actions in place.
• Prepare periodic reports and escalate urgent or critical matters when needed.
• Contribute to technology rollouts and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support and supervisory roles.
• Prior exposure to multi-location restaurants, retail, hospitality, ice cream, or dessert operations is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP systems is required.
• Solid knowledge of network setup and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Experience dealing with IT vendors and keeping track of IT budgets and spending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, finance, and senior leadership.
• Well-developed analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage priorities and multiple projects across different sites.

Additional Information

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role.
