Infrastructure Project Manager

Role overview

An international project and construction management firm is hiring experienced Project Managers to support a major development near Riyadh. The openings are focused on either infrastructure or landscaping, and the work will involve helping mobilize and deliver large, technically demanding project packages on an accelerated schedule.

What you will do

You will work within a strong delivery team and take ownership of contractor management, coordination with key stakeholders, programme progress, and safe, high-quality execution of works. The role calls for someone who can keep complex packages moving, maintain momentum against milestones, and ensure standards are met throughout delivery.

Infrastructure focus

For infrastructure-oriented assignments, the background required includes roads, utilities, earthworks, and broad site infrastructure scopes.

Landscaping focus

For landscaping-oriented assignments, the expected experience includes public realm work, parks, external works, and landscape construction packages at a large scale.

Requirements

• You must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• A transferable Iqama is required.
• You should be available to begin immediately.
• Applicants need a strong track record with major main contractors.
• Experience delivering large infrastructure and/or landscaping projects is essential.
• Prior exposure to complex, fast-moving developments is important.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project delivery skills are needed.
