Role Overview
The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding institutional business, building strong client relationships, and generating brokerage revenue across equity, derivatives, and securities products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close institutional client opportunities, including AMCs, insurers, FIIs/FPIs, and banks.
- Deepen existing client relationships by sharing market ideas, research insights, and tailored value propositions.
- Develop brokerage business across equity, F&O, and securities transactions.
- Coordinate closely with research teams to support client engagement and product positioning.
- Work within SEBI regulations and maintain compliance in all client and trade-related activities.
- Meet assigned revenue goals and contribute to overall institutional business growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should come from a finance, commerce, or economics background, with an MBA preferred. A strong background in institutional sales within a broking firm or investment bank is required, along with an established buy-side network and a solid brokerage performance track record. NISM Series VII certification is preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants with a B.B.A./B.M.S. in any specialization, B.Sc. in any specialization, or B.Com in any specialization are eligible to apply. Candidates should also match the requested finance-related academic and professional background.
