About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Control & Reporting Coordinator to enhance our daily inventory operations. This position is crucial for ensuring the alignment of physical stock with digital records, boosting inventory precision, and generating clear reports that facilitate informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile them with system/digital records.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical and digital inventory.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and organization of inventory files and stock reports.
• Collaborate with the inventory manager on daily inventory tasks and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of reports that support supply chain, logistics, marketing, and management functions.
• Support the enhancement of overall inventory documentation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized inventory data.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across e-commerce operations.
• Monitor stock availability and update digital quantities on Shopify accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or inventory reporting.
• Prior experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, responsibility, and follow-through capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting techniques.
• Comfortable managing inventory files and verifying stock records.
• Ability to work effectively with both physical inventory and digital data.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
• Immediate availability to commence work is required.
