The role also involves coordinating with external software vendors to introduce new tools and make the best use of existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company technologies and provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple systems.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, offering hands-on technical assistance when needed.
- Manage data protection, network access, and backup processes.
- Work with third-party software vendors to discuss new applications, resolve issues, and coordinate support.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar IT role.
- Background in information technology with the ability to resolve both software and hardware challenges.
- Excellent communication and technical problem-solving abilities.
