About the Role
We are seeking an IT Software Account Manager to support a growing team in Abu Dhabi. This position focuses on expanding business with current clients, increasing revenue, and winning new customers in the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing Abu Dhabi client relationships by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings.
- Spot potential business leads and convert them into new customer relationships.
- Establish and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with important clients and decision-makers.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate software products and related services.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in account management within software and IT solutions.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security offerings, and AI-based technologies.
- Prior work experience with customers in Abu Dhabi is required.
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and build productive business relationships.
