Job description
Role Overview
Emdad By Elm is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance and resolve user issues across a range of devices and systems.
What You Will Need
- A qualification in information technology or a closely related discipline.
- Between 2 and 4 years of hands-on experience supporting IT environments.
- Practical exposure to Active Directory, Exchange, mobile device management tools, and IT service management platforms.
- Well-developed troubleshooting ability and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Capability to diagnose issues on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Clear communication, along with empathy, active listening, and patience when assisting end users.
- Willingness to work rotational or shift-based schedules.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
