About the Role

Concero is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician for a remote contract position. This role focuses on providing technical support, particularly during large-scale system deployments and go-lives. The successful candidate will be trained on the Connexall platform and will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth user access and workstation functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive PC and desktop support to end-users.
  • Assist with and support large-scale system go-lives and deployments.
  • Manage user provisioning, permissions, access rights, and security administration.
  • Perform Active Directory and account management tasks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective end-user support.
  • Learn and adapt to new applications, including the Connexall platform, with training provided.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in PC and desktop support.
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale system implementations and go-lives.
  • Proficiency in user provisioning, access management, and security administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory and managing user accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and end-user support capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new software and systems.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
