Job Description
We are seeking an IT Technician to provide first and second-level support for hardware and software issues within the client environment. This role involves setting up, configuring, and administering PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices such as handheld terminals, forklift terminals, and pick-by-voice systems. You will also perform basic LAN and WLAN tasks, conduct troubleshooting, and carry out maintenance and service work on IT hardware. Additionally, you will support IT restructuring projects, expansions, and rollouts.

Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated individual who:
- Holds a completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally possesses some prior professional experience.
- Has solid knowledge of hardware and software.
- Is experienced with current Microsoft client operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Possesses very good German and good English language skills.
- Is willing to work flexible shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.
