Job description
Job Overview
Janitorial associates are responsible for ensuring a positive first and last impression for customers by maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store environment. This includes everything from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store, including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas.
- Ensure a welcoming and presentable environment for customers.
Additional Compensation
The hourly rate will be at least the applicable minimum wage for the job location, ranging from $14 to $27 per hour. Additional compensation may be provided through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, may be offered based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met.
