About the role
Ogilvy Sydney is seeking a Junior Creative Team made up of an Art Director and Copywriter. This is a chance to join a collaborative studio environment focused on developing standout ideas that capture attention, spark conversation, and deliver real value for clients.
The team is looking for people who are inquisitive, driven, and keen to keep learning. You’ll work with experienced creatives across a variety of clients, using creativity to help solve business challenges and shape ideas that can cut through culture.
You’ll be expected to bring energy, original thinking, and a willingness to challenge standard approaches. Just as importantly, you should enjoy working with others, building your craft, and contributing to memorable creative work.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape creative concepts and campaign ideas across multiple channels
- Use conceptual thinking to support solutions to client business problems
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, and client teams
- Present ideas in a clear, confident, and compelling way
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail in design, copy, and presentation materials
- Keep up with culture, technology, social media, and emerging trends
- Keep developing your creative abilities and pushing your thinking forward

- A portfolio showing strong creative thought and promise
- Some exposure to agency work, internships, or other relevant creative experience
- An understanding of how ideas can be adapted across channels and platforms
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- A positive mindset, good humour, and a willingness to get involved
- Curiosity, ambition, and genuine enthusiasm for creative work
