Job description

Role overview

The Junior Data Analyst helps teams make informed decisions by supporting the collection, organization, and analysis of business data. This position is a good fit for someone who is careful, analytical, and motivated to build practical experience in data work while contributing useful insights.

You will work with structured datasets to help keep information accurate, consistent, and complete. The role includes cleaning and checking data, spotting simple patterns or trends, and preparing reports that assist teams in understanding performance and operational results. It offers hands-on exposure to everyday analytics tasks and real business use cases.

Another important part of the job is helping produce reports, dashboards, and concise data summaries with guidance from senior team members. You will convert raw information into clear outputs for internal users, making sure the results are organized and easy to interpret.

You will also coordinate with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to understand information needs and support analysis requests. This may involve ad-hoc analysis, KPI monitoring, and documenting data sources and working methods. The role places strong emphasis on learning, precision, and steady improvement.

Success in this position requires attention to detail, curiosity, and the discipline to follow structured workflows. You should be able to handle assigned tasks on your own, work to deadlines, and protect data quality while building your technical and analytical skills.
