Role overview

This position is for a Junior Data Analyst who will help turn raw information into actionable insights that support day-to-day operations, performance review, and business planning. The role centers on gathering data, checking its quality, preparing it for analysis, and creating clear outputs for decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Gather, clean, and structure data coming from different sources.
  • Run basic analyses to spot patterns, trends, and simple insights.
  • Check datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Keep datasets current and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Help build reports, dashboards, and concise summaries for stakeholders.
  • Respond to routine data questions and ad hoc analytical needs.
  • Work with analysts and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Record methods used, assumptions made, and sources referenced.
  • Assist with operational reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Follow established data quality and governance practices.
