Role summary
The Junior Designer will support the design team across concept development, drawings, models, and early-stage project work. The position calls for strong creative ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the design group in shaping and improving design concepts
- Prepare, revise, and maintain drawings and models as projects progress
- Take part in concept design and design development phases
- Contribute to both hands-on physical models and digital model-making work
- Participate in team conversations and act on guidance from project leadership
- Organize work efficiently and keep tasks moving to meet deadlines
- Adapt easily to changing priorities within active project workflows
Requirements
- A completed accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience after graduation in the architecture field
- Working knowledge of Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Revit experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with physical model making
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual design ability
- Ability to explore design alternatives collaboratively and respond proactively to direction from project leadership
- Capability to develop and edit drawings and models in line with project needs
- Good organizational habits, plus the ability to work under pressure and manage time independently
- Flexible, open-minded approach to iterative and evolving working methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Broad project exposure across concept design and detailed design is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is USD 69,000 to USD 71,000, depending on experience.
