About the Role

A leading creative agency specializing in sport, culture, and experiential marketing is seeking a Junior Designer to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career advancement, with a clear path to becoming a Midweight Designer. You will contribute to impactful campaigns for globally recognized sport and lifestyle brands, working across social, digital, branding, and experiential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social-first content and campaign visuals.
  • Assist in the creation of creative concepts and ideas.
  • Produce high-quality mock-ups, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
  • Contribute to the development of brand identities and visual systems.
  • Create engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, producers, and account managers.
  • Maintain awareness of current design, sport, culture, and social media trends.

Requirements

  • Possess 2-4 years of experience within a creative, branding, or advertising agency setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design execution skills.
  • Exhibit confidence in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Prior experience in designing for social and digital channels is required.
  • A genuine passion for sport, culture, and creative endeavors is expected.
  • Must be proactive, curious, and eager to advance professionally.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with motion design using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Previous work with sport, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with content creation workflows.
  • Knowledge of emerging creative tools and AI applications in design.
