Role Overview
Hennessey LLC, a construction and fit-out business operating in the UAE, is hiring a Junior Quantity Surveyor for its Dubai team. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who is eager to build a career in cost management and project support.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Support planning, budgeting, and reporting related to project costs.
- Track project expenditures and help keep spending within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams to support efficient cost management.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, or a closely related discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in construction or fit-out projects.
- Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control basics.
- Careful attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience with construction-related software would be an added advantage.
