Role overview

Digiflav LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Upwork Bidder to support its growing team in Karachi. This position is suited to someone who is eager to develop a long-term career in client communication, business development, and project coordination.

What you will do

  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional and confident manner.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to help projects stay organized and progress smoothly.
  • Contribute to business development activities related to Upwork bidding and client engagement.
  • Learn new processes quickly and adapt as the role grows.

What we are looking for

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • O Level and A Level education is required.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in handling client conversations.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a software house are also encouraged.
