Junior Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

In this position, you will help shape a welcoming, energetic, and well-run workplace experience at PUMA North America’s headquarters in Somerville, Massachusetts. The role is the first point of contact for employees and visitors, so it plays an important part in reflecting the brand’s culture, spirit, and standards across the building.

The job focuses on making the headquarters a lively place to work by supporting employee experience, wellness, workplace culture, and engagement activities. Along with day-to-day front-of-house operations, you will help bring internal initiatives to life and strengthen connection across the office community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet employees, guests, and visitors and ensure every interaction creates a strong and positive first impression.
• Serve as a go-to resource for people using the building, helping them find their way and understand workplace processes.
• Promote a culture of connection by identifying ways to improve engagement and the overall employee experience.
• Run the front desk smoothly, including reception duties and lobby flow management.
• Support back-end workplace tasks such as catering coordination, invoice-related assistance, and other central services needs.
• Help plan and execute employee events, wellness activities, engagement programs, and workplace activations.
• Work with the Director of Central Services on access control so employees and visitors can enter safely and easily.
• Create internal communications for events, announcements, and workplace initiatives so employees stay informed and connected.
• Assist with the daily operation of the Barista Bar and Pantry program to maintain an inviting environment.
• Coordinate volunteer, community service, and engagement activities that support the company’s relationship with the Somerville community.
• Collect feedback through conversations, surveys, and regular employee check-ins, then use it to improve workplace experience programming.
• Keep Central Services and Workplace Experience SharePoint pages current and easy to use.
• Contribute to special projects and support changing priorities as needed.
• Act as a designated Safety Captain on the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• About 2 years of experience in hospitality or another front-facing administrative role.
• Prior event planning and event delivery experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AppSpace, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to juggle several tasks and priorities at the same time.
• This role must be performed in person/on site.
• Occasional after-hours support for events is required.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this role is $51,800 to $68,905, with bonus eligibility and benefits. Compensation may differ depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
