Role Description

This full-time, on-site position for a Kitchen Technician is based in the United Arab Emirates. The primary duties involve the upkeep and repair of kitchen appliances, performing regular checks, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and ensuring all machinery adheres to safety and operational standards. Key tasks also include liaising with suppliers for necessary parts and services, aiding in the setup of new equipment, and meticulously documenting all maintenance activities. The role is crucial for maintaining seamless kitchen functionality and reducing any operational interruptions caused by equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Foundational understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems relevant to kitchen appliances.
• Solid organizational capabilities for managing maintenance logs and documentation.
• Effective aptitude for problem-solving and swift action during equipment failures.

• Adaptability to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends or evenings.
• Previous experience within the catering or food service sector is beneficial.
