Role Overview
This is a remote contractual opportunity for a supply chain professional who can help manage and improve end-to-end logistics and operations for a client organization. The role is focused on strengthening supply chain performance, coordinating with multiple teams, and supporting smooth execution across procurement, inventory, and delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain activities such as procurement, logistics, and inventory control to support timely and economical product movement.
- Review current supply chain workflows, identify gaps, and introduce process improvements that raise efficiency and lower operating costs.
- Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and product development to keep communication aligned and operations coordinated.
- Create and execute supply chain plans, including risk reduction and continuity measures, to help reduce disruption to the business.
- Track supply chain results using KPIs and other performance metrics, then share insights that support better decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts and hands-on exposure to procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ability to evaluate operational processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Good collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability for interpreting data and guiding decisions.
- Experience using supply chain tools or platforms, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems such as Micro1.
- Business awareness and the ability to connect operational decisions with broader company goals.

This opportunity is offered remotely and can be performed from anywhere. Compensation is competitive and will depend on the candidate’s experience. The role is being filled for one of the client’s supply chain needs through the Micro1 platform. The successful candidate may work on both process improvement and strategic planning initiatives, contributing meaningfully to the organization’s growth and operational success.
