About the Role
We are looking for a payroll specialist who enjoys handling compensation matters and working with digital workflows. In this role, you will support our team and advise our clients on payroll-related topics with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare payroll and salary accounting for a range of different industries
- Provide ongoing advice to a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Handle special payroll situations such as company pension schemes, company cars, mini-jobs, students, interns, maternity protection, and parental leave
- Serve as a contact person for clients, social insurance institutions, banks, and other stakeholders
- Create reports, evaluations, and statistical overviews
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as a tax assistant, HR specialist, payroll specialist, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll and salary administration
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax law and social insurance regulations
- Good command of DATEV Lodas or another payroll accounting system
- Enjoy direct interaction with clients
- An engaged, communicative, and advisory-minded personality that wants to grow and develop further
