About The Role

Imagine leveraging your technical skills to influence how some of the world's most advanced AI systems think, plan, and solve problems. We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers to participate in training state-of-the-art AI models by demonstrating expert-level thinking processes.

This position departs from conventional ML roles. Instead of managing model tuning or deployment, your responsibility will be to craft detailed reasoning traces and logical step-by-step workflows that train AI models to tackle complex technical challenges with precision. Your contributions will shape the behavior of next-generation large language models (LLMs) in real-world scenarios.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate, structured logical workflows illustrating expert reasoning on complex technical issues.
Clearly document stepwise decision-making and problem-solving approaches.
Produce superior training datasets showcasing effective use of tools, APIs, and reasoning frameworks.
Assess and improve AI-generated reasoning by identifying inconsistencies, errors, or areas needing enhancement.
Contribute valuable datasets aimed at enhancing LLM capabilities for engineering and machine learning tasks.

Candidate Profile

Professional experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Ability to dissect complex technical workflows into clear, sequential steps.
Exceptional critical thinking skills to audit and refine AI-generated reasoning.
Self-motivated, capable of delivering consistent and high-quality outputs independently.
Possession of or progress toward a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience in data annotation, quality assurance, or AI evaluation methodologies.
Knowledge of large language model behavior, prompt engineering, or reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) processes.
Background in technical writing, research documentation, or methodical problem-solving.
Practical experience with AI tools, intelligent agents, or automated reasoning systems.
