About the role
This opportunity is for a Maintenance E&I Planner to join the maintenance team at Tuas Refinery in Singapore. The role supports maintenance execution with a strong emphasis on electrical, instrumentation, and analyser-related planning. You will work across functions such as Asset Management, Operations, Technical, and HSSEQ to help strengthen maintenance reliability and execution readiness.
The position contributes to maintenance excellence by shaping practical, safe, and efficient task plans that enable field teams to complete work on time and to a high standard.

What you will do
- Create detailed job plans for preventive and corrective maintenance, including safety requirements and site-specific needs for scheduling purposes.
- Build complete work packages that are ready for execution.
- Coordinate preparation of work packages with PMC, Asset Integrity and Reliability, Warehouse, Procurement, as well as contractors and vendors.
- Review work requests and identify the materials and spare parts needed; raise inventory purchase requests and generate material requests for stock items.
- Work with procurement, asset integrity, and technical specialists to source the right materials, services, and expertise at competitive cost, then raise purchase requests to support safe and timely field execution.
- Maintain and improve task lists in the task library to increase their accuracy and usefulness.
- Partner with the scheduler to make the best use of resources and durations without compromising operations or safety.
- Support long-term planning by anticipating asset conditions, improvement opportunities, and execution strategies.
What you need
- At least 8 years of relevant refinery and petrochemical experience, including around 5 years in a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of maintenance work control, planning, and reliability methods.
- Strong communication skills with strategic thinking, negotiation ability, and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with international standards and petroleum or petrochemical plant equipment.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
