Role Overview
A property management company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment complex in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The position involves hands-on upkeep, general repairs, and day-to-day maintenance work across the property.
Key Duties
- Perform routine repair and maintenance tasks throughout the property.
- Handle basic work related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
