Overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking to bring someone on immediately for its Management Training Program. This role is designed for people who want to build a long-term career path in areas such as sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The training path includes development, mentoring, and internal promotion opportunities so you can keep progressing toward branch management and beyond.
The job is based at 1206 Topsail Rd, Mount Pearl, NL A1N 5E8.
About the Employer
Enterprise Mobility is a major mobility solutions provider. Through its global network of regional subsidiaries, it operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Its services include car rental, car sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail vehicle sales, travel management, and other transportation solutions.
The business is privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis and, together with Enterprise Fleet Management, oversees a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles. It generates nearly $38 billion in revenue and operates through more than 9,500 staffed rental locations across over 90 countries and territories.
What This Role Involves
As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the company’s business from your first day while working from one of the neighborhood branch locations. You will represent the company to customers and partners while also handling operational work behind the scenes. The training structure is intended to equip you with the knowledge and capabilities needed to eventually manage your own branch, bring in new business, and lead a team.
The role provides practical learning, coaching, and support. You will also spend time in the community building relationships that help support business growth.
The training experience covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a strong emphasis on putting customers first and working in a competitive environment.
Benefits
The position includes a strong benefits package, which covers competitive pay, paid time off, insurance coverage, employee discounts, and retirement support.
Target first-year annual compensation is $52,000.
Paid time off begins at 12 days per year.
Insurance coverage includes health, dental, vision, life, and prescription benefits.
Additional perks include discounts on car rentals, car purchases, and more, along with a retirement savings plan that includes company matching and profit sharing.
Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
A four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university, or an equivalent international credential recognized by WES and/or IRCC, is required. Preferred backgrounds include BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related discipline.
Candidates need at least 6 months of combined experience or involvement in areas such as commission sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, military service, athletics, team activities, or university clubs and organizations.
A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license is mandatory, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Applicants must not have any drug- or alcohol-related conviction within the last 5 years.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not need current or future work sponsorship from the company for this position. The role is also noted as not typically fitting an eligible NOC for Permanent Residency in Canada.

This opportunity is offered as a full-time, on-site position.
