About the Role
AD Ports Group is seeking an experienced Manager for Compensation & Benefits to lead the development and implementation of its global total rewards framework. This role is crucial for ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and strategic alignment of compensation and benefits programs. You will manage external HR advisory firms, oversee compensation cycle management, and advise leadership on strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The position involves establishing and guiding the Group's global compensation and benefits philosophy, strategies, and programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across all operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global total rewards framework and policies, aligning with AD Ports Group’s strategy and best practices.
- Manage external HR advisory firms for salary benchmarking, compensation structure reviews, and competitive market analysis.
- Analyze global compensation trends and regulatory changes to refine pay structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Provide insights on pay positioning, salary bands, and total rewards structures.
- Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, ensuring competitiveness and consistency with global reward structures.
- Oversee the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and market benchmarks.
- Lead the job evaluation process for new positions and review current ones using AD Ports Group grading system and HAY Guide Chart Profile Method.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to attract talent by evaluating compensation structures and developing competitive benefits programs.
- Deliver reports to leadership and the Remuneration Committee with recommendations on policy updates and benefits modifications.
- Establish and control AD Ports Group’s global compensation and benefits philosophy, strategy, and programs.
- Manage compensation-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with AD Ports Group legislation.
- Lead communication with external vendors to negotiate benefit plans and propose new programs.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and market research to analyze salaries, trends, and benefits, and propose implementation plans.
- Design new salary scales for new businesses, countries, or regions, ensuring alignment with the global compensation strategy.
- Design the global mobility policy to support international assignments and relocations.
- Control and review the implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and policies to ensure they are applied correctly and effectively.
- Conduct knowledge sessions for employees and provide training to the HR team on compensation and benefits topics.
People Management Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently address employee inquiries about compensation and benefits with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Participate in recruitment and organizational restructuring efforts to build a team with the right skill sets and cultural fit.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Review and redesign the global compensation strategy based on overall business targets, compensation and benefits processes, and procedures, ensuring competitiveness and reasonableness for managers and employees.
- Review and simplify global pay practices and policies.
- Propose and design a global Total Compensations Model encompassing Compensation, Benefits, Work/lifestyle, and Development/Career Compensations, adhering to the budget set by HR Management.
